ICRE President Dr. Sally Jaber participated in the international conference entitled “The Impact of War on Agricultural, Food, and Environmental Security and the Challenges of Recovery in Lebanon,” organized by the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies and the Higher Institute of Public Health at Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ), in the presence of H.E. Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani.
During the conference, Dr. Sally Jaber delivered a speech on behalf of ICRE, addressing the economic and social costs of war on Lebanon, particularly its impact on agriculture, food security, and the environment. She also presented several recommendations and practical solutions aimed at supporting recovery efforts and overcoming the current crisis.
